E + L wanted their celebration on the cliffside Italian coast in Tropea, Italy to feel authentic and lively. Their destination wedding began with an intimate rehearsal dinner of Pizza and plenty of wine (gelato to fallow of course)! Their families and their wedding day were hosted at Villa Paola, a historic monastery turned luxury estate. The morning of their wedding day brought heavy rains and winds, but by divine intervention the sun shone just in time for the festivities to begin. The winding gardens and sheer cliffside lent itself to an array of photo locations. After the ceremony in the garden cocktail hour began, complete with champagne tower and plenty of mingling. A coursed flowing dinner was hosted on the veranda under the stars and twinkling lights. After much imbibing and tear jerking speeches the party began!
